Report Type A

Every report type has a different customized result template

    
   

Terms and Sub-terms: Click on Add Terms then enter the term name then click on Add

Active Term: Click on the box to activate or deactivate a term

Sub-term: Click on the box to enter the sub-term name

Grading System: Click on add grading type

- Enter the grade type name and then Add

- Click on Add Grade, then enter the grading name and grading Short code then click Add

 Action

 Edit: Click the blue button to edit the grading system.

 Delete: Click the red button to delete already existing grading system.

 Areas of Learning: Click on add Learning area, and enter the learning area

- Select the area category and also select the grading type, click on Add

 

Assessment: Click on add assessment area

- Select learning area from the dropdown

- Select term and sub-term

- Enter the assessment area description, and then click on SAVE

Comments: Click on add comment type

- Enter the comment type name and select the comment type from the dropdown

 

NB: check if it a header comment

 

Reading Level:

- Click on add reading level, it pops up a section where,

- Enter the reading level name and reading level short code

- Select the reading level color and then click on Add

Action

  Edit: Click the blue button to edit the reading level

  Delete: Click the red button to delete already existing reading level.

- Enter the comment type name and select the comment type from the dropdown

 

Next Term Begins:  First, select session, then click on Add next term Begin.

          - Select term from the dropdown

- Enter the next term begin date, then click on Add

Deadline: select session, then click on add deadline

          -  Select term from the dropdown

          - Enter the deadline date, then click on Add

    

  NB: deadline date is for final submission of result

    

Attendance Setup

          - Click on add attendance setup

        - Select term from the dropdown

          - Enter dates of when the attendance begins and when it ends

          - Pick out the excluded dates, then click on Add

 

School motto, seal and sponsor

         - Here, Admin can enter school motto, upload school Head signature

          - Upload school seal and sponsor images.

         - Here, click on select image, then click on the file/folder where you have your image, enter OPEN, it uploads photo

   

NB: Image dimensions should be 364x363 pixels (px)

 

 How to create Result Presentation Setup

        - Select term, sub-term and year group

          - Click on create result presentation

          - Select level from the dropdown

         - From all result view item select result items to be viewed, it automatically moves to selected result view
