Manage Live Classrooms

Manage Live Classrooms

Teachers are able to create, manage and start live classrooms from the schedules they have created for the students.

To be able to schedule a live classroom , please follow these steps:

  • Go to Manage live Classrooms under Learning Management
  • Using the drop-down button, select the school you intend to create for
  • Select the class you want to teach using the drop -down button and click “Create Schedule”
  • You will be directed to “create New Schedule”
  • Enter the Subject you want to teach using the drop-down button
  • Enter the anticipated duration of the lesson e.g 45, 30 etc
  • Schedule a date using the calendar create in the box
  • Enter the topic of the teaching and a brief description of the teaching in the word space created below
  • Click “Create Schedule”.

N/B: *Please ensure you publish before you "Go Live" so we can notify participants of your upcoming broadcast. 

How to Share Zoom Link in the Portal 
Click on Create on Create on Schedule
Enter the Subject you want to teach using the drop-down button

Enter the anticipated duration of the lesson e.g 45, 30 etc

Schedule a date using the calendar create in the box

Enter the topic of the teaching and a brief description of the teaching in the word space created below

copy and paste the link created for the meeting at the Lesson Livestream  Link
Copy and paste the zoom Id at the Lesson livestream password

Click on Create schedule
After publishing, students will get the link in their dashboard.
