This is where all lodged ticket by parents, teachers etc are viewed by the super admin, all other actions (example: respond to a ticket, assign a ticket, chat the personnel working on the ticket) are also effected from here.

As a non-super admin, all your assigned tickets are viewed from here.

  • you can search for progress of your lodged ticket using the filter ticket button
  • Click on the ticket to view thread
  • Click on manage to perform actions like assign to users, view and download attachment.
