Lesson Planner Setup

a template for setting up lessons categories, weekly lessons and schedule lesson plans for subject teachers, students and their parents.

To begin:

  • Select the "school type" using the drop-down button which can be found under the lesson planner setup
  • click "Next"
  • A setup template will be displayed (the template is automatic, dynamic and managed to suit your school standards)
  • Create the list of categories and attributes you need following the template (you can also choose to create your own template)

 

Under Lesson Planner Settings you can choose the entries you want to make visible 

  • Click "Yes or No" if you want the category names displayed
  • If you have a copy of the Supervisors email, you can upload it by clicking "select image"
  • When satisfied, click "save settings"

N/B: Once this is done, the teacher automatically gets the format on his or her dashboard

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Create Week Entries : This shows the total number of teaching weeks, start date and end date for each term

To begin:

  • Go to the "Create Week Entries"
  • Click "Create Entry"
  • A template form would appear, using the drop-down button "Select Term"
  • Choose a "start date" and "End date"
  • Click "Submit"

 

Create Lesson Planner Schedules: This is used to create topics weekly or daily for parents to view what their children are learning

To begin:

  • click "Create Entry"
  • Select the "Email Content"
  • Schedule "Type" e.g Daily or Weekly
  • Schedule the "day and time" you want this email sent out
  • Click "Submit"

Once this entry is created, parents will receive the emails automatically.
