User Role Permissions

This permission allow different user roles to be edited by the admin

 


 

Message Permission
This permission allows admin to assign roles of who sends and receives message from different user in the portal 
It enables admin to control who students send messages to using the portal
How to Assign Message Permission
Select role
From ALL AVAILABLE ROLES click on the user role to move into SELECTED ROLE
Then click  on SAVE SETTINGS

 

Avatar Permission
This permission allow admin to enable who changes avatar in the system

NB: Any user that is not selected from the All Available User, will not get the permission to change Avatar

Step on How to Change Avatar
From ALL AVAILABLE ROLES click on the user role to move into SELECTED ROLE
Then click  on SAVE SETTINGS


 

News Feed Permission
This permission allow admin to enable who Sends and receive news feed post from in the portal
How to Assign News Feed Pemission
Select role
From ALL AVAILABLE ROLES click on the user role to move into SELECTED ROLE
Then click  on SAVE SETTINGS
 


 

 Direct Post Permission
This permission enable adminto assign who makes post on the news feed
Step on How to Change Direct Post Permission
From ALL AVAILABLE ROLES click on the user role to move into SELECTED ROLE
Then click  on SAVE SETTINGS
NB: Admins are majorly the only ones who has this permission at most times

Birthday Permission
This permission allows admin assign role of who sees other users birthday

 

Full Name,Email,Gender and Phone Number Permission
This permission enables admin control which user is able to edit his/her profile on the portal in order to avoid confusion and misplacement of data.
STEPS ON HOW TO ASSIGN USER ROLE PERMISSION
From the admin Dashboard 
Click on SETTINGS
Click on USER ROLE PERMISSION

`Click on AVATAR,FULL NAME,GENDER,EMAIL & PHONE NUMBER PERMISSION (as the case may be)
