How To Manage Accounts

Manage Account keeps record of all paid and unpaid invoices and transaction done using the system

Manage Account

- Select account type (school bills, Imprest, wallet) and click on Next




- Select account type and session

- It shows the list of the total transactions so far made in the school

Green: it shows the total expected money

Blue:   it shows the summary of the paid money

Red:    it shows the summary of the unpaid money

- It also shows the total number of students who have billings

- It gives the summary, in case of discount and installments



 

Recent Payment (this is Live)

- It gives records of payments made today, week and month they were made

- They can be downloaded

 

Invoices

- It shows the total number of invoices which have been generated

Paid:        it gives the total number of paid invoices

Pending:  it gives the total number of unpaid invoices

Overdue: it gives the total number of due payments


  

 

 Account statement

- Here, you can filter and export account statements; Example, if you want statement for 6 months:

- Enter the FROM date and TO date

- Select the status either paid or unpaid

- Select class from the dropdown

- Then download either in excel format or pdf Bulk invoices

- Click on PAID/UNPAID in the list to view invoices

- School which want to attach their invoices to result majorly use bulk invoices
