CBT Question Bank Manager

In this section teacher creates questions based on topics that has been created for school year allocated to teacher that has already been setup by admin in cbt setup configuration on instructions of how the question would be set and administered is made here.

To setup CBT question bank manager for teacher:

  • Select CBT on the left pane among the modules a list of other sub modules pops out which includes:

Question Bank

Manage CBT

Result Manager

  • Select Question Bank
  1. Select test type between test/examination
  2. Select class to take the CBT
  3. Select subject you want to add question to for either test/examination
  • Click on New Question on the right corner of the screen to add question to the question bank
  1. Type in question you wish to add to your question bank on the text form below
  2. Click on drop down on difficult level to set difficulty level
  3. Toggle on/ off indicator for CBT type
  4. Select Topic from the drop down menu which must have been setup from Admin CBT Setup to add question on that topic
  5. Select the option type of question from the the drop down menu between(multi choice single answer, and multiple selection)
  6. Answer option : include the optional answers and select the correct answer on the radio button
  • Click on Submit to save this question and correct answer to the question bank manager
