Introduction To Educare Admin User Interface

 

Admin Dashboard

  • To login as an Admin; follow these simple steps:

- Type in your school website on your Web browser

- Enter the email and password used in registering your personal details in the text box as seen in 1 and 2 step as seen in the picture below.

- Click on LOGIN.

Active Students;

  • As an Admin, you can regularly monitor the population flow of students in your school(s).

 

Male Students;

  • View the total number of male students in your school(s).

 

Female Students;

  • View the total number of female students in your school(s).

 

Classes;

  • Click on classes to access the details of each of the respective classes in your school(s).

 

Teachers;

  • View the total number of teachers per class in your school(s).

 

Total Attendance;

  • As Admin, you have access to a comprehensive monitoring of the school(s)’ daily attendance taken by PC teachers.

 

Session Distribution Chart;

 

 

-    By clicking on this tab, you get a detailed data analysis of your school(s)’ progress for every session and make your comparison.

-     A click on the Bar Chart shows the population distribution of student by gender a particular year group.

-    The Admin can also download the Charts in any of the different image formats (png, jpeg, svg) by clicking the menu button as seen in fig 2.

Newsfeeds;

  • Here, you can view all post (Adverts, News tags, Pictures, and Videos)that has been published by users (parents, students and teachers)on the portal.


 

 

Upcoming Events

    -   This Tab  shows the Upcoming Events with the scheduled Date and Time.

             -   To print the school’s Upcoming Events, simply click on the printer icon as seen in the picture below.


 


 

 

Upcoming Birthdays

  • The Admin views upcoming birthdays of student's per month (The highlighted row shows that day is the student's birthday)


 


 

Quick Links

  • These links are short cuts for creating personal profiles for Staff, Teachers, Student and parents.

Notification Bar

  • The Settings icon  gives Admin access to updating school information on the portal eg. school address, name, portal color theme, user permission, module updates etc.  (see highlighted box in the picture below).

 

Badge Count Bar

  • This Bar reflects all approved and unapproved results that have been processed by the Admin (see highlighted box in the picture below).

Bell Icon

  • This show all recent actions and updates you have made as an admin on the portal (see highlighted box in the picture below).

 

 

Chat Icon

  • The Admin can send and receive messages to both teachers and parents using the chat module (see highlighted box in the picture below).
