MANAGE MAIL BOX

Admin can schedule mail, send results and check delivery status

To select Email type, 

  • Simply click the drop down button found on the right hand corner of the dashboard. 
  • For General emails, select "General"
  • For Sending results, select "Result"

 

To schedule Email

  • Click on the "Schedule Mails"
  • Select "Create New"
  • Select the email type (ie. general or Result) 
  •  

 

 

 

To check delivery status, 

  • click on "Delivery Report"
  • Using the search button, you can type the recipient's email address to check the status e.g delivered, accepted or pending.
