How To Create Staff

Use of Educare to create Staff and Admin profile

To create Staff/Admin Profile:

Follow these simply steps:

  1. Create the role by clicking on the setting button as seen in the picture below.

 

2.  Click on Module Permission Manager and click on Add role as seen below 

4. Type in the name of the new role in the textbox as seen in the picture below. 

5.  Select Admin Dashboard if the person is an admin, Select Manager Dashboard  for other roles

6. Toggle the Switch Role And Manage Users button on to enable user to mange other users account (i.e to edit, deactivate and login a different user) and turn off it user should not have that access.

7. Toggle Disable Dashboard Analytics button on if you want the analytics (class distribution chart) on the Dashboard to be visible on the Users Dashboard and turn off if otherwise.

8. Click on Save 

9. Tick all modules that the User needs access to and click on update 

 

 

STAFF MANAGEMENT : This is where the details of the new role is added

 

Create Staff/ Admin

- Fill in the required staff information and Click on Save Profile

- It will automatically save and appear at the right corner of the screen
