How to create bills on Educare

Bills


Here you can view, setup and create Bills/ invoice

- After the setup click on Safe Template

- All school fees items and their categories are created from bills

- View setup: it shows the template of the invoices




- Bills setup: click on create fees




- Enter the fees name and select category click on Add



Create bills: Enter payment heading

- Manage target group

- Select school, level and class

- Select boarding status, PTA implied student click on add group




- Then click on proceed to invoice


- Click the blue button to view details of favorite


- Enter due date and select categories


- Check the button if you want to allow payments by installment on the bills


-Click on publish invoices
