Detailed Description Of Teacher Profile In Educare

Teacher Module shows how to create and manage all the teacher's profile in the school

Create Teacher

- First, Select school type (EYFS, Junior or Senior school) and then click on Next.


 


 

    - Fill in the required Teacher’s data and Click on Submit


 

     


 

    


 

    - It automatically saves and appears at the right corner of the screen

 

Import Teacher

- Teacher’s data can also be uploaded to the portal using an excel format by clicking on Import


 


 

View Teacher

- First, Select school type (EYFS, Junior or Senior school) and then click on Next.


 


 

    - It gives you the names of all the teachers, their details and the attached photo. (For the selected school)

    - Edit: Shows an editable form to make correction and add on to  teacher’s profile

- Details: It shows a page containing the teacher personal data/document


 


 

        - Delete: It helps removes unwanted data.


 

    


 

 

- Download Teachers’ List

It enables you to download teacher’s list for the individual schools


 


 

      


 


 

How to Assign Teachers to School

- Here Admin can assign Teachers from one school to another

- First, select current school, then Add From that is the school, you want to add teacher’s from

- It gives you the list of the teachers you want to transfer, then click on Add Teacher
