How To Manage Staff Using Educare

Staff management keeps records of all the staff and admin in your school with their default roles. The school admin can get all information concerning every school staff

 

To view Staff/Admin Profile:

- To view Staff/Admin information, Click on Staff Management then select View Staff/admin 

- It gives you the names of all the members of staff/admin; along with their personal details and photos attached to it.

- Edit: It leads the user to an editable Form which enables correction or update to any of the staff/admin profiles.

- Details: It shows a page containing the full Staff/Admin information

 - Delete; It helps removes unwanted data (We advise the admin should not delete any staff/user).

 

If a Staff is no longer a staff in the school, we advise that you Deactivate the account instead of Deleting it. follow these steps to deactivate account 

-Click on The Details for the staff you want to deactivate and click on deactivate account as seen in the picture below 

- Download Staff/Admin List:

It enables the user download list of  staff/admin  available on the portal.
