Manage Assignments

Teachers are able to upload or write up assignments for the teachers

To create Assignments 

  • Go to Manage Assignments under Assignment/ learning focus
  • click mange on the class you choose to create assignment for

 

  • click add assignment

 

  • Enter the assignment title (i.e the topic for the particular exercise you want to give)
  • Write out the assignment in the description box if you don't have the document to upload.
  • choose the deadline if applicable

 

  • if you have a document, video or image to upload, click "Select file"
  • Then click Submit.

Once you have submitted the assignment, the students should be able to see the assignment on their dashboard 
HOW A TEACHER CAN VIEW SUBMITTED ASSIGNMENT
Click on my assignment 
For the particular subject click on MANAGE
You will see the records of number of downloads and number of student that have submitted
NB: Downloads; list of students that downloaded the assignment
       Submission; list of student that have submitted the assignment

 


Click on SUBMISSION
Teacher can click on submitted document and download
after marking the assignment
Click on SEND MARKED SCRIPT TO STUDENT
Then click on Select File
Upload the FILE and click on SUBMIT
