How To Sign Up And Deploy Your School

Onboarding of your school on Educare

- Firstly, enter full name, email address and phone number

- Enter company name (if any)

- Enter password and click Sign up


 

- A VERIFICATION CODE is sent to your email.

- The CODE is entered in the space, it navigates you to the eDUCARE directory on your server that is the CPANEL

STEP 1: On the Cpanel dashboard, click on PACKAGES, View and Select any package


 

 

STEP 2: Every PACKAGE has different DISC SPACE attached to it and schools can get extra DISC SPACE

 

STEP 3: A form is filled to get all SCHOOL INFORMATION example School Name, Email, Address etc.


 


 

 

STEP 4: PAYMENT OF PACKAGE: Select payment option and checkout. Summary of total fees paid will be given.

 

Click on PROCEED

- Automatic onboarding and installation will take place immediately and an Email will be sent to you containing your schools' URL, LOGIN DETAILS and API key

 

STEP 5: From the Cpanel dashboard one can view list of Schools, Logo from School Server, Current Package etc. in TABULAR form

STEP 6: BILLING PAGE

 

How to make all payment or individual payment for schools.

- Choose any payment option from the list (PAYSTACK, PAYU etc.)

- Click on view INVOICE to get a list of all payment made for different PACKAGES and SPACES.
