Parents Dashboard

 

To login as a Parent; Follow these steps:

- Type in your pupil(s) school website on your Web Browser

- Enter the email and password generated by the school administrator in the textbox as seen in the picture below.

-  Click on LOGIN.


 


 

 

About Parents Dashboard: 

 From the comfort of their HOME or OFFICE you can do the following on the portal:

- Parents can view posts published on the NewsFeed.


 


 

- Parents can also follow quick links as seen in the highlighted picture below to give feedback, Manage Account and View Results.

 

School Calendar

- Parents can view all the school’s activities for the session. 


 

•  Upcoming Events

- This shows school’s upcoming events and time scheduled for the events.


 


 

- To print the school’s Upcoming Events, simply click on the Printer icon as seen in the picture above.

 

•   Parent-child

-Clicking on your child’s photo,  you can access your child's page,  All your child's report, assignment and teacher feedback from the school can be accessed by a click of a button.


 


 

 

Timeline

   - At a glance you can Monitor your children(s) daily attendance as taken by the class teachers.

   - Follow your children (s) daily academic schedules; that is, all the subjects at their respective times.

  - View the teacher’s remarks on your children (s) daily performance.


 


 

 

 Results

      - Parents can view their children (s) Half / Full term report for each academic session by clicking on View result under the Action column as seen in the picture below.

 


 

Timetable

         - From here, parents are able to view subjects offered by the students and time of classes.


 

Subject/Assignment  

 - Here, parents can view the assignment uploaded by the teacher and the daily curriculum for each subject by clicking on view under desired column.

  - They can also view the subject-teachers’ profile when you CLICK on their names and contact details to send a direct message to them .

 

 


 

  • Medical

  - Parents can view their children(s) healthcare report and monitor the health developments of their children within the school environment


 

 

Result Analysis

  - from the academic performance chart, you can view the performance of your children(s) in all subjects they take, for every term.


 


 

 

Communication Book

  -  This gives parents the progress reports of their children (s) daily activities in class.
